I'm a huge lover of the name Olivia, and always thought it'd be the girls' name I chose for a daughter — until it became one of the most popular names in the US with no sign of losing its status any time soon. As someone with a unique name that's often hard to pronounce, I definitely want to give my kids names that roll off the tongue, but aren't ones that every other kid in their kindergarten class will have. To find beautiful names for girls that fit this criteria, I scoured the bottom of the Social Security Administration's top 1,000 names list to see which monikers were less popular, but still uncommon all the same.
