Graham Gano, a kicker for the Carolina Panthers, knows a think or two about crafting the perfect follow through. So much so, that his family has set a rule or two when it comes to him partaking in their backyard kickball games [3]. And if this hilarious now-viral video [4] he posted to Twitter is any indication — it's for good reason.

The 9-year NFL veteran posted a clip of his first kick with the caption: "Got home today and my fam was playing kickball so I joined in. The only rule is that I'm not allowed to kick it hard. So here is my first at bat."

And by the looks of his wife's face, that's not exactly what she meant by sticking to the rules. Might be time for a new kickball, huh?
