Former first daughter Chelsea Clinton is a mom of three! Chelsea announced on Twitter that she and her husband Marc Mezvinsky welcomed a son on the morning of July 22, and we love his name: Jasper Clinton Mezvinsky.
The name Jasper — which is believed to have Persian origins and translate to "bringer of treasure" — straddles the line between popular and uncommon names these days, but is definitely on the rise. In 2016, the name sat in the 209 slot for most popular boys' names of the year, followed by a ranking of 184 in 2017 and 154 in 2018. Looks like Chelsea chose a cute name that we might just hear more and more of in the next few years.
