Shawn Johnson and her husband, Andrew East, are expecting a baby [1]! The couple, who were married in 2016, shared on YouTube in 2017 that they experienced a miscarriage [2] with their first pregnancy and chose the same medium to share the news of their rainbow baby [3].

In the video, which was recorded on Feb. 17, 2019, Shawn and Andrew [4] announce that they're expecting, and based on the timing of their recording and posting the video — and the fact that many expectant parents typically wait until about 12 weeks into a pregnancy to share the news — we think we can expect to meet Shawn's rainbow baby sometime this coming Fall, likely in late October or November.
