Wife Makes Back-to-School Sign For Teacher Husband

This Wife Made the PERFECT Back-to-School Sign For Her Teacher Husband

Jennifer Lee, a wife and mother of one, knows how important snapping that classic first-day-of school photo is. And according to a recent Facebook post, that rule extends to her husband, Tyrelle, who teaches eighth grade in Greensboro, NC.

In order to celebrate Tyrelle's 1,080th day of school in style, Jennifer proposed taking a funny picture to commemorate the day, and her husband immediately agreed. "As an eighth grade teacher, my husband is always looking for fun ways to connect with his students," Jennifer told POPSUGAR. "I thought creating this sign and picture would be a great way for him to do that. Luckily, he is a good sport and agreed to the picture even though he clearly wasn't overly excited about it!"

"His students come to class and say 'My mom saw you on Facebook!'"

Unsurprisingly, Jennifer's post has gone viral, racking up 28,000 shares and 16,000 reactions. But his number one fans to date? The kids in his class, of course! "His students come to class and say 'My mom saw you on Facebook!'" said Jennifer."I'm so glad so many people found it as hilarious as I did!"

In true fashion, Tyrelle's photo had all the components you'd expect to see in a kid's back-to-school shoot. Jennifer listed his age, favourite colour, and some of his favourite things. And seriously, who can argue with chicken wings and Vans shoes? That's one pretty cool teacher if you ask us!

Scroll through to see the major kudos Jennifer and Tyrelle received and try to keep yourself from cackling under your breath.
