Allison Holker and Stephen "tWitch" Boss's 12-year-old daughter, Weslie Fowler, is not here for gender norms [3] of any kind. In a TikTok video [4], Weslie answered a question that was asked in the comments of one of her videos: "Why do you dress like a boy?" In the clip, she explains to her 83,500 followers that "patriarchy's dead" and that fashion is completely subjective.

"Just because I don't wear dresses and bright pink doesn't mean I'm dressing like a boy," she said. "This is my style and I . . . wear comfy clothes and dark colours. Just because I dress like that doesn't mean I'm dressing like a boy. And it doesn't mean that boys and girls are defined to wear certain things because of their gender. It doesn't mean anything."

Weslie captioned the video, which Allison shared to her own Instagram in support of her daughter, "It's 2020 people should be able to dress however they like and not be judged by their appearance."
