Although Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie ended their relationship in 2017 after 12 years together and two years of marriage, they will always bear the titles of Dad and Mom to their six kids. Angelina adopted two of their children before her relationship with Brad started and was made publicly official, but he went on to adopt them both, and they added another four kids to their brood between 2006 and 2008.

Despite them not having social media accounts where they post about their kids often, Brad and Angelina's six kids have all grown up in front of our eyes between their parents' movie premieres and appearances at other celebrity events. Maddox Chivan Jolie-Pitt

Brad and Angelina's oldest child, a son named Maddox, was born on Aug. 5, 2001, in Cambodia. He was adopted by then-single mom Angelina in 2002 when he was 7 months old. At 18, Maddox started college at Yonsei University in South Korea, and Angelina took the trip to drop him off. "I leave today, today's the day I drop him off . . . I'm trying not to cry," Angelina told Maddox's classmates. So sweet!

Pax Thien Jolie-Pitt

The second-oldest Jolie-Pitt child, a son named Pax, was born on Nov. 29, 2003, in Vietnam. He was adopted by the couple in March 2007 at the age of 3, so even though he's older than his sisters Zahara and Shiloh, he joined the family a bit later.

Zahara Marley Jolie-Pitt

The third-oldest Jolie-Pitt, a daughter named Zahara (pictured left), was born on Jan. 8, 2005, in Ethiopia. She was adopted by Angelina first in July 2005, then by Brad alongside brother Maddox in 2006. A fun fact about Zahara's name: her middle name, Marley, is in honour of Bob Marley.

Shiloh Nouvel Jolie-Pitt

Angelina and Brad's first biological daughter, Shiloh (pictured left), was born on May 27, 2006. Although she's been raised in the US since she was a baby, Shiloh was actually born in Namibia.

Knox Léon Jolie-Pitt

Angelina and Brad's youngest son, Knox (pictured far right), was born on July 12, 2008. He and his twin sister are the last of the Jolie-Pitt kids, and with Nice, France, being their place of birth, that makes for six US-raised kids who weren't actually born in America!

Vivienne Marcheline Jolie-Pitt

Brad and Angelina's youngest daughter, Vivienne (pictured far left), was also born on July 12, 2008. Although she may not have been old enough to remember it, Vivienne was actually cast in Maleficent alongside her mom to play baby Aurora as a toddler. Because each of the other kids who tried out for the part cried at the sight of Angelina in her full Maleficent makeup, Vivienne became a natural choice, as her mama's new look didn't seem to faze her!
