Ashley Graham is a firm believer in the power of mesh underwear after giving birth to her son Isaac [1] with husband Justin Ervin. Three weeks after welcoming Isaac into the world, the new mum wrote an ode to her postbirth undies on Instagram.

"Raise your hand if you didn't know you'd be changing your own nappies too," she joked in the caption. "After all these years in fashion I never could've guessed that disposable underwear would be my favourite piece of clothing but here we are! No one talks about the recovery and healing (yes even the messy parts) new moms go through. I wanted to show you guys that it's not all rainbows and butterflies!"

Ashley continued by saying although "it's been tough," she's grateful for the support (and the Frida Mom products) she's received so far. Fellow parents sounded off in the comments and commended Ashley for her honesty and vulnerability. It's all a beautiful mess, and Ashley deserves all the kudos for keeping it real.
