Celebrity Baby Names 2020

The Baby Names Celebrities Have Given Their Kids in 2020

In 2019 we saw the births of so many celebrity babies, and truly loved all of their name choices — but 2020 is already rivaling its predecessor with some awesome celebrity baby names. As in previous years, 2020 is seeing a mix of unique baby names (some that might even be made up!) and those that are consistently some of the most popular baby names from year to year.

From Cameron Diaz's daughter to Christina Milian's son, here are the names of the new celebrity babies of 2020 (so far!).

Christina Milian's second child — first with boyfriend Matt Pokora — is a son named Isaiah, who was born on Jan. 20. Although the name Isaiah lost a bit of its popularity in 2018, it was ranked the 51st most popular of the year for boys' names, which was the first time the name wasn't in the boys' top 50 in since 1999. Fun fact: Mia Farrow and Carrie Underwood also have sons named Isaiah!

Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden made headlines on Jan. 3 when they shared the surprise news that they welcomed a baby girl, who they named Raddix Chloe Wildflower. The name Raddix is extremely unique — and rad — and could possibly even be made up entirely. And while one of her middle names, Wildflower, isn't typically considered a name for a human, Chloe is actually a fairly popular name. In 2018, Chloe was the 25th most popular girls' name according to the Social Security Administration's data.

Singer Keke Wyatt's 10th child, a son named Ke'Riah, was born on Jan. 6. The name is extremely unique, as it hasn't appeared in the SSA's top 1,000 names in any year since it began collecting baby naming data in 1900.

Arrow star Josh Segarra and his wife Brace welcomed a second son, named Hank Rice, on Jan. 6. The pair chose Rice, Brace's maiden name, as a middle name for their boy, and while Hank isn't completely uncommon, it's not as popular of a name as, say, Noah. Hank, which according to Nameberry means "estate ruler," was the 457th most popular name of 2018.

The Today Show meteorologist Dylan Dreyer and husband Brian Fichera welcomed their second son, Oliver George, on Jan. 3. Brian and Dylan, who are already parents to 3-year-old Calvin Bradley, went a more traditional route with naming baby number two. Oliver has been a top name in the US for quite a few years now, sitting in fifth place for most popular name for boys in 2018. Although George is a bit lower on the list — it was the 127th most popular name for boys in 2018 — you can't argue against it being a classic.

Twilight's Jackson Rathbone shared the birth of his his third child, a son named Felix Valleau, on Jan. 2 (however, Felix is technically a 2019 baby by just a few hours, as he was born on New Year's Eve!). The name Felix has slowly grown in popularity over the last few years, creeping up to 231st most popular in 2018 from a rank of 244 in 2017 and 248 in 2016.
