Chrissy Teigen Shares How She and Her "Empathetic Little Mini" Luna Are Honouring Her Late Son
Chrissy Teigen continues to be heartbreakingly honest about her grief following her pregnancy loss in September, recently opening up about how her family has been honouring her late son, Jack. On Monday, Chrissy shared on her Instagram how she and four-year-old daughter Luna welcomed Jack's ashes into their home. "I'm just thinking a lot about Jack today," she wrote, alongside videos of her and Luna with the ashes. "Our house is very open about life, death, grief, everything really. We try to explain things well and answer every question imaginable in a beautiful, spiritual but literal way."
In one video, Chrissy showed the ashes with a teddy bear from Luna, explaining, "This is the cutest, most beautiful thing I've ever seen." She continued, "We just got baby Jack's ashes back, so they're in here for now with some blessed holy Thai string, and Luna put a little therapy bear around him. And the best part is, I came down and she gave him a piece of her favourite snack, a tiny piece of Pirate's booty. I can't, I don't know, she's amazing." Another video showed an adorable Luna playing with and introducing herself to the therapy bear and her brother, Jack.
"I know this is a weird post but I just wanted to share these to always remember my incredibly empathetic little mini," the mom also wrote in her caption. "Life is infinitely better with her in it. I miss u, jack. We miss you a lot." Check out Chrissy's sweet post above.
