A Little Boy Says His Affirmations on the Way to School, and His Voice Is Just Too Much!
I've never really been the person to use mantras to pump myself up every morning, but after watching this sweet video of a little boy named Ayaan reciting his self-affirmations on the way to school, maybe I should? In a now-viral clip that was even recently shared by Ellen Degeneres on Instagram, we see Aayan walking down the street banana-in-hand repeating, "I am smart. I am blessed. I can do anything!"
After his mom, Alissa, posted the clip to social media on Oct. 1. it instantly blew up, amassing 72,000 views. She shared it with the caption: "I taught Ayaan this positive affirmation on his 2nd birthday last year in the hopes that he would one day memorize it, understand it and use it as a motivational tool whenever he needed it. Well, he shocked me this morning. Out of no where he started repeating it, so I pulled out my phone. He ended (with enthusiasm) once we made it to our destination. So proud of the little boy he is growing into."
