Jack Henry Quaid
Dennis's first child, a son named Jack — whom he shares with ex-wife Meg Ryan [3] — was born on April 24, 1992. Jack has followed in his dad's footsteps as an actor, and is most commonly known for his roles as Hughie in Amazon's superhero series, The Boys, and Marvel in The Hunger Games. Although he has younger half siblings on his dad's side, Jack first became an older brother to Meg's daughter, Daisy True Ryan, in 2006.
Jack has been dating his director and actor girlfriend, Lizzy McGroder, since July 2016.
Thomas Boone and Zoe Grace Quaid
Dennis's youngest children, fraternal twins Thomas and Zoe — whom he shares with ex-wife Kimberly Buffington — were born in November 2007 via gestational carrier. Two weeks after their birth, the twins fought for their lives after they were both given an accidental overdose of Heparin [4], a blood thinner. Of the medical scare, Dennis told People in 2015: "You go to a dark place. But you gotta pull yourself away from that, you gotta remain optimistic. But everything turned out okay. We had a happy ending."
