When it comes to holidays there's no better place to celebrate than a Disney Park. Over at Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom, they celebrate in style with Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party [1], which goes from November 8 until December 22. This year, Disney's got even more new magic planned for families — meaning there's even more reason to head to the party. You'll still see all of your favourite Disney pals decked out in their holiday best, and the Once Upon A Christmastime Parade will march down Main Street, but you're in for a treat with new fireworks and ride overlays! The show is said to be inspired by the magic of Christmas and classic holiday songs. Be sure to check the party times guide for the exact time of the show each night. For the best viewing spot, try getting a seat anywhere on Main Street U.S.A. or the bridge into Tomorrowland.
Holiday Themes on the Tomorrowland Speedway and Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor
The Tomorrowland Speedway and Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor are perfect attractions for kids of all ages, and during the Christmas party both will get a festive overlay. The Tomorrowland Speedway will become a festive drive with thousands of lights and decoration. Over at Monsters Inc. Laugh Floor, the gang in Monstropolis is getting ready for a whole new show with a lot of holiday cheer.
A Christmas-ified Ride on Space Mountain
Guests at Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party can enjoy a ride on Space Mountain that's out-of-this-world fun. The ride is going to feature all new lighting and fun Christmas songs [3] for families to sing-a-long to as they ride through the cosmos.
A New Holiday Version of the Mad Tea Party
For kids and parents who want a spin on The Mad Tea Party, you can enjoy one of four Christmas songs and lighting themes each time you ride. You never know which one you're going to get, so (if you can handle it!) be sure to ride multiple times to experience each version.
