The Kiboomers
The Kiboomers has so many cute dance videos for kids [7], from the above "Freeze Dance" session to one that encourages kids to count to 100 while moving their feet [8].
KIDZ BOP
Forget just singing along! The KIDZ BOP [9] YouTube channel has a full playlist of its KIDZ BOP Dance Along Songs [10], some that are pure fun dance videos, others that include strength or cardio warmups.
GoNoodle
GoNoodle [11] has so many fun dance videos and games that encourage movement in a playful way, like in the above Frozen 2 "Make Your Move" video.
Debbie Doo
The Debbie Doo Kids TV [12] channel has a bunch of videos featuring classic nursery rhymes with a dance twist, like this "The Wheels on The Bus | Dance Bus" video.
Just Dance
Even though Just Dance [13] is best-played on gaming systems like Nintendo Switch and Wii, the video game's YouTube Channel features tons of gameplay videos [14] (without the controller connectivity, of course). Your kids can dance along to songs like "Into the Unknown" from Frozen 2 without the pressure of performing the moves "correctly" for the sake of the game, and can just have some fun.
Pancake Manor
Pancake Manor [15] is a silly channel with a variety of music-based videos for kids, many of which involve moving your body. This quirky "Shake Break" is a perfect short video to follow along to in between other activities.
Jack Hartmann Kids Music Channel
Jack Hartmann Kids Music Channel [16] has nearly 1 million subscribers. His "Brain Breaks" [17] playlist is full of videos that encourage kids to move and dance.
20 Online
Although 20 Online [18] has adult exercise videos as a paid service, its YouTube channel has a few free 20-minute workouts for kids to follow along with.
