Alicia Silverstone [1] and her son, Bear Blu, are two peas in a pod. It's been just the two of them since Alicia and her husband, Bear's dad, Christopher Jarecki, split up in 2018. Since then and also throughout Bear's nine years, these two have travelled the world, and the Clueless actress documents it all on Instagram. She also shares sweet photos and videos of them doing yoga together, cooking together, and just being best friends. Bear Blu Jarecki
Bear Blu Jarecki was born May 5, 2011. He is Alicia's only child, whom she shares with her ex husband, Christopher. Alicia and Bear are super close, and she shares numerous pictures of the two of them on Instagram, often travelling. Bear lives a vegan lifestyle [3], and Alicia even said in 2018 that she chalks his diet up to him being a very healthy child. She also credits his veganism for his good behaviour [4].
And though Alicia and Bear are best pals, Alicia told Working Mother magazine in 2018 that her son was starting to be very independent [5]. "Bear doesn't need me! I mean, of course he needs me, but he's so free. He's always talking to people, asking if he could help them. He buses tables at restaurants. He hands things out and takes the trash back on aeroplanes," she said.
