Halsey and her partner, Alev Aydin [1], added "parent" to their résumés in 2021. The duo welcomed a child together just about six months after surprising fans with the news of Halsey's pregnancy [2].
Halsey first announced they were expecting [3] with a series of maternity photos on Instagram captioned, "surprise! 🍼🌈👼🏻" Alev commented on the photo, "Heart so full, I love you, sweetness ❤️❤️," to which Halsey replied: "I love you!!!!! And I love this mini human already!"
