As celebrities continue to up their at-home workout game [3], their kids are joining in for some fitness fun [4] to get their bodies moving, and James Van Der Beek [5]'s son is so on board. In an Instagram post on Monday, James shared a video of himself doing an at-home kickboxing workout [6] in the backyard, and his 8-year-old son, Joshua [7], was right by his side the entire time copying his every move.
Just like his dad, Joshua showed off his punching, kicking, and spinning skills with an inspiring level of enthusiasm that makes me want to get up and move, too. James's baby daughter, Gwendolyn [8], watching as his wife, Kimberly, films just adds to the adorable family moment.
