Happy Birthday, Nancy Juvonen! Jimmy Fallon's wife and trusty camerawoman [4] turned 45 on May 19, and her family pulled off the sweetest at-home surprise to celebrate. With the help of daughters, Winnie and Franny [5], Jimmy presented Nancy with a chocolate-frosted birthday cake and homemade card, plus the softest, most adorable rendition of "Happy Birthday" I've ever heard. In classic kid fashion, however, they could hardly get through half of the song before blowing out the candles for her. That's the bliss of parenting in a nutshell, right?
