Photographer Kate T. Parker Is Releasing a New Football-Inspired Book — and the Photos Are Everything
Kate T. Parker, the bestselling photographer known for her inspiring book, Strong Is the New Pretty, is releasing a new title meant to motivate young athletes everywhere. A celebration of confidence, Play Like a Girl: Life Lessons from the Football Field highlights the "tenacious spirit of female football players" of all ages.
"A powerful collection of colour and black-and-white photographs, Play Like a Girl: Life Lessons from the Football Field captures girls just learning to kick the ball alongside players from the 2019 Women's World Cup championship team such as Megan Rapinoe, Carly Lloyd, and Jessica McDonald," reads the press release.
