An Original Muppets Halloween Special Is Coming to Disney+ This Fall!
Disney is already getting us excited for Halloween! As of May 15, we're halfway to the Oct. 31 holiday, and to celebrate, Disney+ is sharing an announcement for a new original special: Muppets Haunted Mansion. The announcement video stars Gonzo and Pepé, who share the first details of the "terrifying tale of total scariness."
In the short teaser, Gonzo promises that we the viewers will experience our "most hilarious and harrowing Halloween ever," and a press release shares that the special "takes place on Halloween night, when Gonzo is challenged to spend one very daring night in the most grim grinning place on Earth . . . The Haunted Mansion." The special will of course feature the Muppets cast, as well as various celebrity cameos, new music, and — as with anything Muppets — tons of fun and silliness.
Muppets Haunted Mansion will premiere on Disney+ this fall, and we can't wait to learn more about the special as we inch closer to the spooky holiday.
