Captain Underpants in Space Is Coming to Netflix — See the New Season's Trailer
Get ready to blast off with a new stand-alone season of DreamWorks and Netflix's popular series, The Epic Tales of Captain Underpants, which will take place in space. The seven 30-minute episodes of the season will follow best friends Harold and George, who are sent to space with their elementary school and its principal — who is often hypnotized into becoming the underwear-themed superhero, Captain Underpants.
"When the space agency P.O.O.P.S.I.E holds a contest to send one lucky school on a field trip to space, George and Harold ensure that Jerome Horowitz Elementary is chosen," reads a synopsis from DreamWorks. "Soon, the school is transformed into a 'school-ship' and the kids and Captain Underpants are launched into space where they quickly discover their mission is not what it seems."
