Nothing brings me more joy [1] than getting the low-down on all the holiday movies [2] debuting each year. Case in point? Netflix's brand-new kid flick, Klaus, [3] where struggling postal worker Jesper (voiced by Jason Schwartzman), is sent to a frozen island called Smeerensburg beyond the Arctic circle, which isn't exactly known for its friendly townspeople.
After teaming up with a teacher, Alva (Rashida Jones), they encounter a friendly carpenter, Klaus — voiced by J.K. Simmons — who has a serious knack for making toys. Before they know it, the squad is joining forces to bring a little happiness to the townsfolk of Smeerensburg, and yep, we think it'll be as sweet as it sounds. Watch the trailer above to get in the holiday spirit.
