Ryan Reynolds [1] is grateful to be a "girl dad" to his three daughters [2]: James, 5, Inez, 4, and Betty [3], 1. During an adorable Access Hollywood interview, Mario Lopez's kids Gia and Dominic had the chance to ask Ryan a variety of questions — including if he considers his wife and daughters to be superheroes.

"No joke, they're the most capable people I know," he responded. "If anything got crazy or scary in my life, they're the first people that I would lean on. They have wisdom and strength, they're calm under fire, they have courage under fire — so yeah, to me [that] sounds like a true story."

Ryan told the kids, "I love being a girl dad" even though he "never in a million years" imagined that's where he'd end up. "I come from all boys. I have three older brothers," he explained. "So for me to have three daughters has been such a ride and I love every second of it."
