Father of three Ryan Reynolds [6] is always good for a solid one-liner, and his penchant for sarcasm was put to good use while discussing what it's like to social distance with his three daughters — James, 5, Inez, 4, and Betty, 1 — amid the pandemic. During an interview with Hoda Kotb on the The Today Show [7], he pretty much summarized how parents who are home all day, every day with their little ones feel [8].
"I am not living paycheck to paycheck like so many people across the country are and the world," Ryan told Hoda, "But you know for me, the best — I would say obviously is the time spending with family, with my kids, having an incredibly concentrated amount of time with them during a period in their lives that I'll never get back."
Ryan continued, joking that while the extra time with his daughters is certainly a blessing, it can also have its downsides. "If I'm to pick the worst thing, it's probably the incredibly concentrated amount of time I've had with my kids in a time that I'll never get back," he said.
