See a Sneak-Peek Clip of Netflix's Wish Dragon Before the Movie Drops on Friday!
Among this year's new movies for families is Netflix's Wish Dragon, which is about 19-year-old Din (Jimmy Wong), who finds an old teapot that contains a dragon named Long (John Cho) with the power to grant three wishes to whoever releases him. And while we'll have to wait until June 11 to see the movie in full, Netflix is giving us a sneak peek at the animated film now.
In the clip, Long is attempting to help Din decide what his three wishes should be, but it's clear that it's been quite a few years since Long's been out of his teapot — the world around him has changed! After telling Din he could grant him the ability to speak to a loved one all the way on the other side of China, Din pulls out his cell phone, an item Long's never seen before and assumes is dark magic. Cue the hilarity! See the full clip above and watch Wish Dragon on Netflix on June 11.
