Universal CityWalk in the Universal Orlando Resort has officially reopened as of May 14, but with limited operations. Ever since being temporarily shut down in March due to the COVID-19 pandemic [1], its employees are being especially cautious. Although the theme parks still remained closed, families can experience CityWalk if they stick to strict parking, dining, and arrival restrictions [2], which include wearing masks, washing hands often, and having temperatures checked the entrance.

According to the Disney Food Blog [3], both face masks (one for $6 or 3 three for $15) and hand sanitizers ($3 each) will be available for purchase at resort stores. Additionally, all employees will be required to wear a face covering while working. Purell hand sanitizer stations are located in "high profile places," such as store entrances. Shoppers are encouraged to keep a safe six-foot distance from each other at all times and follow social distancing markers and signs.
