Victoria Beckham Explains How She Helped Romeo Get TikTok Followers: "He Used Me!"
Having a Spice Girl for a mom has its benefits. In a recent appearance on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Victoria Beckham spoke about how her 17-year-old son, Romeo Beckham, approached her to film an impromptu dance video to "Spice Up Your Life" in a ploy to grow his TikTok following. "He took my phone, he posted it on my Instagram, and he said, 'That'll get my numbers up,'" Victoria said, adding, "He used me!"
For the record, it seems to have worked because Romeo currently has 143K followers. A similar tactic was recently employed by Reese Witherspoon, who actually used her 15-year-old son, Deacon Phillippe, for a lesson in TikTok after she became one of the first high-profile celebrities to join the app in September.
In addition to talking about Romeo's social media maneuvers, Victoria also reacted to her 20-year-old son, Brooklyn Beckham, being featured in People's Sexiest Man Alive issue. She simply said, "I don't know if I want to know that. I don't know if I need to know." Watch her candid interview above.
