We got the chance to hear from some of Hollywood's brightest stars [1] during the 2021 Golden Globe Awards [2] on Feb. 28, but I think it's time we give the real celebrities a chance to talk. Will someone please pass the mic to the dogs? There were plenty of pups popping up during the award show, and after a hellish year, it's only fair that we get a little virtual dog downtime.

You might've spotted pets in the background like when Regina King's pup Cornbread made an appearance during interviews [3] or perhaps you saw the big moments, like when Jodie Foster [4] celebrated an iconic win with her dog by her side. If there's one thing we can bring to award shows post-pandemic, it should be dogs. Hey, maybe we can even let Emma Corrin [5] bring her cat!
