Baby and Johnny Would Definitely Approve of This Great Dirty Dancing Parody

As 16 Oct. marked the 30th anniversary of the classic 1987 movie Dirty Dancing, the Kent Fire and Rescue department decided to take advantage of the day to remind us to "test your smoke alarm weekly." In a rather brilliant video set to "(I've Had) The Time of my Life," a couple of firefighters re-created Baby and Johnny's moves, ending their choreography with the famous lift. Needless to say, the video quickly caught the attention of social media users, and it's great to think that this creative ad might save lives. Have a look for yourself, and remember: "Nobody puts safety in the corner!"
