In the video, Chrissy shows the "big kid version" of her daughter Luna's scratch-off art, which was a detailed, black and white line drawing of a city. She meticulously scratches the thin, white lines of the cityscape with an exacto knife to reveal a gold background underneath. She even took the relaxation up a notch by doing it on the couch by the fire [2] while watching Toy Story. Now if that isn't the best form of adult self-care, we don't know what is.
