Last night's semifinal of The Great British Bake Off awarded Hermine the title of star baker for the second week in a row during an exciting, three-part soft cake challenge. Her winning creation was the incredible jelly-art cake she made featuring an intricate red poppy-in-gelatin design that was layered on top of chocolate and raspberry mousse. The cake was so mesmerising that judges Paul Hollywood and Prue Leith had to ask it be taken away because it was just too delicious.
