You Can Buy a 51,300-Piece Puzzle on Amazon — Yes, You Read That Correctly

Looking for something to pass the time — like, every single waking moment of your time? Kodak's "World's Largest Puzzle" [1] ($410, originally $440) just might be your holy grail of at-home activities [2]. Measuring a whopping 28.5 feet wide and just over 6 feet tall, the puzzle contains 51,300 pieces that interlock to depict 27 different destinations from around the globe. I know that was a lot of numbers in one sentence, so allow me to just reiterate: it's 28 freakin' feet wide, which is basically the length of five average-size people altogether. Phew, my patience is shaking just thinking about it!

Luckily, Kodak wasn't entirely savage in designing this doozy of a puzzle. Each of the 27 destinations is split up into exactly 1,900 pieces, all of which are packaged in separate bags, so you can build each one individually before piecing them all together. Once completed, the puzzle is essentially a giant collage of sites like the Great Wall of China, Taj Mahal, and Eiffel Tower, all captured by professional photographers.

If you're feeling up for the challenge, you'll have to shell out just over $400 to score the puzzle from Amazon. (Trust me, this is a relative steal compared to the nearly-$600 price tags from other online retailers [4].) You may want to act fast, though, because other bored-out-of-their-mind puzzle-lovers [5] appear to be snatching it up from Amazon pretty quickly.
