What you need to do: For the evil puppet master, dress in dark and dingy clothes like a white blouse, corset, and black top hat. Pair your outfit with a dark makeup look, and create puppet ties out of lolly sticks and string. For the puppet, wear a tattered skirt, a black bustier, and complete it with strings attached to the puppet master's marionette.
