When "Euphoria" first premiered in 2019, Sydney Sweeney emerged as one of the show's most unexpected bright spots; while still a relatively fresh face in Hollywood, she quickly captivated the attention of fans through her performance as Cassie Howard, which seamlessly embodied the angst, insecurity, and complexities that come with being a teenager in today's world. Season two of HBO's hit teen drama further cemented her status as a bona-fide star — even earning her an Emmy nomination for her performance — and Sweeney has been on something of a tear ever since, with critically acclaimed performances in projects like "The White Lotus" and "Reality," plus a buzzy leading role in her upcoming romantic comedy, "Anyone but You."
From the outside looking in, her seemingly nonstop schedule doesn't appear to be for the faint of heart — but in the midst of bouncing between new projects and jet-setting around the world, the actress acknowledges that her key to keeping up with all of it really just comes down to hydration: "I am a huge water advocate. I've only drank water since I was 12," Sweeney tells POPSUGAR.
Naturally, when the opportunity arose for her to partner with Bai — the internet's favourite antioxidant-infused drink brand — the collaboration felt like a perfect fit.
