Ariana Grande Debuts Butterfly Tattoo at the Grammys 2020

Even the Biggest Ariana Grande Stan Might Have Missed Her New Tattoo

A lot of celebrities have tattoos. With some celebrities, you sort of expect them to because it totally matches their vibe. Zoë Kravitz? Too cool not to have tattoos. Miley Cyrus? She's obsessed with ink. But Ariana Grande? She's a wild card. In fact, most people don't know that she has over 30 tattoos — decorating every inch of her body from her hands to her feet — and people don't know it because she hides them really well. In fact, we almost even missed a new piece of ink she debuted at the Grammys.

The moment Grande hit the red carpet in a strapless tulle gown looking like Cinderella, Twitter erupted. Upon further inspection, stans began to notice something different about the Thank U, Next singer: a delicate butterfly tattoo hiding on the side of her left arm. This is the same arm Grande already has several tattoos, including her Pokémon Eevee tattoo. It's hard to pin down exactly when the Grammy winner got the design, especially since there wasn't an official reveal on her Instagram. This new ink also comes just one month after Grande added a tribute to her Sweetener world tour on her finger alongside producer Tommy Brown and friends, so there's a good chance she opted for a two-for-one appointment. Still, it doesn't really matter when Grande got the butterfly tattoo. All that matters is now we're incredibly jealous.
