27 Talented Brits Who Flew the Flag For the UK at the Oscars

The Oscars is never short of global talent, and this year our fellow Brits definitely made their presence felt in Hollywood. There were British nominees in a huge number of categories, and a number of them walked home victorious, including Gary Oldman (who took home the Oscar for lead actor for his work in Darkest Hour) and live action short film winners (and former Hollyoaks stars Rachel Shenton and Chris Overton, who made a heartfelt speech complete with sign language. As well as those who attended the awards, plenty of others made the rounds of the afterparties, showing off an array of glamorous gowns and dapper tuxes. Take a look at their big night now!
