Congratulations are in order for Ashley Graham and her husband Justin Ervin! The model announced that they welcomed their first child together on Saturday, January 18 at 6 p.m. "At 6:00pm on Saturday our lives changed for the better," she posted on her Instagram Story. "Thank you for all your love and support during this incredible time."

Ashley, who revealed in August that she was pregnant, said on The Ellen DeGeneres Show that she and her husband were expecting a baby boy. Also during her appearance on the show, Ashley shared what it's really like being pregnant, including her "pregnancy brain" that caused her to forget her phone number and text random people on accident!

The A New Model author has also not slowed down during her pregnancy; she continued to post videos on Instagram of her prenatal workouts and they look intense. In September, she documented a sweaty full-body workout that included the SkiErg, cable pulls, weighted single-leg squats, and ladders. Just last week, at nine months pregnant, she shared a video of her nailing a prenatal yoga sequence with an instructor.

Congrats again to the new family of three!
