If you know Chrissy Teigen, then you know that her favourite activities include clapping back at haters, sharing hilarious observations, and — of course — roasting her husband, EGOT winner and People's Sexiest Man Alive for 2019, John Legend. She and John have over six-and-a-half years of marriage under their belt and two beautiful kids, but the best part of their relationship might be their love of poking fun at each other every chance they get, both on social media and IRL. Let's take a moment to appreciate all the times Chrissy has trolled John over the years, shall we?

Chrissy trolled John (for perhaps the first time in ever) back in 2012 when she tweeted, "I post a pic of me making John stir fry. John just sitting. And the comments are about how lucky I am. Ahem?"

Annoyed with John's social media popularity, Chrissy took to Twitter to write, "John's terrible Instagram photo just made the popular page ugh raise your 'like' standards guys."

Chrissy shared just how much she loves when fans screw up John's name by tweeting, "Every time someone says 'john Lennon!' to John at the airport, an angel gets its wings and I laughhhh and laugh and laugh at him."

After unearthing one of John's self-titled, self-released albums from when he was still John Stephens, Chrissy posted a pic on Instagram with the caption, "Simultaneously unpacking and filing for divorce."

After John gave Chrissy a wedding album for Christmas, she posted a pic to thank him for the "gorgeous" gift before adding, "Okay back to being snarky eff that dude talk about zero talent."

Chrissy once tweeted, "John let me borrow his second phone and not one mistress has written haha what a looooooooser."

After John received an honourary doctor of music degree from the University Of Pennsylvania, Chrissy shared a pic from the ceremony on Instagram, which she captioned, "my baby got another honourary doctorate! I have a bunch too I just don't brag about all the time."

Out of the blue in 2014, Chrissy jokingly tweeted, "I like to send john nudes and say 'sorry wrong person.'"

A few days after joking about mistaken nude texts, Chrissy tweeted her secret to keeping John from remarrying in the case of her untimely death, writing, "I always have a note in my pocket that says 'john did it' just in case I'm murdered because I don't want him to remarry #truelove #tips."

Following their first wedding anniversary, Chrissy tweeted, "My favourite part about my anniversary dinner was the girl who came to our table who john used to bone and also the sea bass."

After John was nominated for best pop solo performance for "All of Me" (as well as best rap song for "Bound 2"), Chrissy took to Twitter to write, "2 grammy noms for @johnlegend
no one has congratulated me for being the inspiration behind 'all of me' without me there is no all of me."

Chrissy once shared a pic of John using a selfie stick in a hotel lobby with a one-word caption to sum up her thoughts: "cringe."

After John's eyes watered during a cooking class, Chrissy came to the rescue with tissues — and also dubbed him "el sensitivo" in an IG post.

After John mistakenly referred to The Hunger Games as "The Thunder Games," Chrissy took to Twitter to declare, "I married my dad."

After the couple was asked by Extra on the 2015 Grammy Awards red carpet to share the "most public place" they'd ever had sex, Chrissy cryptically replied, "Probably the Obama thing," before laughing and walking away, leaving the explanation up to John.

Chrissy once shared a screenshot on Twitter of a Google search — which read, "put other people's heads onto a different person app" — along with the explanation, "i'm trying to photoshop john's head onto zayn's body in a 1D group shot. i have the saddest life."

After giving birth to her daughter Luna, Chrissy sarcastically tweeted, "to everyone asking, john is healing perfectly."

That same day, Chrissy posted a video on Twitter where she said, "Hey guys. Here joined by Oscar winner John Legend — but not this year."

After John cleared up a false TMZ story about his luggage being stolen at JFK, Chrissy replied to his explanation, tweeting, "another out of touch lib tard complaining. Get a job ! Sad !"

Totally unprompted, Chrissy tweeted at John, "you have the runs."

After John appeared on The Voice as an advisor to coach Adam Levine's team, Chrissy tweeted, "anyone else think @johnlegend is a huge d*ck on @NBCTheVoice because he is."

Also following John's appearance on The Voice, Chrissy decided to search twitter for "john legend sucks," but luckily the phrase didn't yield any results.

In response to fans praising John's legendary voice, Chrissy tweeted, "I know he has a beautiful voice and I know I am 'soooooo lucky' and blah blah but john's vocal warmups make me want to stab my brain."

After John failed to check in with her after an earthquake, Chrissy called him out on Twitter, saying, "@johnlegend hey I'm alive it's fine you don't have to answer your phone I WOULDNT WANT U TO WORRY."

After John announced that he would be playing Jesus in NBC's live production of Jesus Chris Superstar, Chrissy replied to ask, "How are they gonna fit u in the manger."

After John was named the 2018 Visionary by the Art of Elysium, Chrissy posted an Instagram with the caption, "#artofelysium night! Congrats to John — prevailing through astigmatism and countless failed eye tests to later win the night's Visionary Award. So proud of you!"

Apparently, John has a bad habit of stealing phone chargers, because Chrissy took to Twitter to express her annoyance. "yes @johnlegend I buy and leave all the phone chargers all around the house just so you can unplug them all and take them to work with you. all of them!" she wrote. "I love that you love chargers! they're all for you! I just love you that's why I buy them. because you love them!"

In response to the Sunday Times calling John a "superdad, hero husband, and A-list feminist," Chrissy tweeted two emojis: an eye-roll emoji and a vomiting emoji.

After E! mentioned the recent birth of Chrissy and John's son, Miles, at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards (where John was in attendance), Chrissy shared a snapshot of her TV screen, tweeting, "wow didn't u just have a baby John smh go take care of it !!!!!! disgusting."

Chrissy posted a pic of John, Luna, and Miles on IG in honour of Father's Day, calling John "the most loving and generous and kind human in the world. And the smartest." However, she was sure to mention that she found his humour lacking. "I didn't say funniest so you know I'm not lying here," she added.

Chrissy once shared a picture of Luna and an Arthur stuffed animal, which she captioned, "Luna and daddy." In the comments section, she added, "This is my childhood Arthur doll. My mom has kept it all this time. Maybe I've been attracted to Arthur my whole life and now I found my real life one." John's response: "Wow."

After John debuted his LVE wine label, Chrissy took to IG to promote it, writing, "my husband, John, asked me to post this because I have a much bigger social following than him. He said just something short and to the point." She of course followed this up with a very lengthy (and totally inaccurate) description of the wine.

Chrissy filmed John adding his Emmy for Jesus Christ Superstar to his wall of awards, and she shared the video on IG with part of the Arthur theme song as the caption: "And I say hey, what a wonderful kind of day."

In honour of her and John's fifth wedding anniversary, Chrissy posted a sweet pic on Instagram from their special day along with a heartfelt caption. Of course, she couldn't help but conclude her caption with, "But you are an a**hole for releasing your @nbcthevoice news on my target launch day for real."

After John praised his wife while presenting her with the Glamour Women of the Year Award in 2018, Chrissy referred to him as "the most incredible husband on the planet" — which she quickly followed up with, "This is so sappy. I'm sorry. I hate it. I didn't cry during our wedding. I hate you, John. I really do."

After John tweeted about NBC's Rockefeller Centre tree lighting special, where he would be performing during the ceremony, Chrissy gave him major shade by tweeting, "'hi' - your kids."

Chrissy once jokingly confessed on Twitter, "I like to walk into john's deal meetings and say 'I'll do it for cheaper' and it's worked twice."

Chrissy complained in an Instagram caption that she never had any good pictures of herself to post because she was the designated family photo taker. " . . . no one else seems to care to be thoughtful and take good photos of me," she said. "They merely click them off without paying attention to angles or lighting or general photo ambiance," and she concluded her rant, "(To John)."

During a wild night out at Universal Studios, John took to the stage to sing "All of Me" in a onesie with his face on it, and Chrissy was sure to share his performance on Twitter, writing, "John got wine drunk and sang a song at universal studios last night."

After People named John 2019's Sexiest Man Alive, Chrissy tweeted, "my secret is out. I have fulfiled my dream of having boned @people's sexiest man alive!! an honour!!!!!" She was also sure to update her Twitter bio to "currently sleeping with people's sexiest man alive."

Chrissy filmed her kids' reactions to their dad's title, which included Miles crying and Luna saying, "I want to watch the movie, Mom." She then posted the video on Twitter with the caption, "The kids . . . do not care."

After John shared the news on Twitter about being named "Sexiest Man Alive," Chrissy quipped in reply, "all downhill from here."

Chrissy's final tweet of the day following People's "Sexiest Man Alive" announcement: "@johnlegend come home please. we want to make fun of you in person."

The day after People's announcement, Chrissy made one more crack about John's new title, tweeting, "the sexiest man alive just made me a ham sandwich."

While John was serving as a guest host on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, Chrissy jumped out of a box and totally caught her hubby off guard. Then, she accused him of inadvertently keeping her trapped in her hiding spot. "You were taking a long time," she said. "You didn't hear me banging around in the box?" John acknowledged that he wasn't the most observant, telling Chrissy she could probably cheat on him and get away with it. "Oh no, I have — a million times," she replied.

During an appearance on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon, John did a sexy little dance dressed as an elf, and Chrissy shared a video on Twitter with the caption, "sexiest man title has been a curse upon my family."

Chrissy kicked off Thanksgiving by sharing a video on Twitter of John distracted and listening to his headphones while she informed him, "I'm cheating on you." Then, when he didn't reply, she added, "With three people. Don't say I never told you."

In honour of John's "Sexiest Man Alive" win, Chrissy rocked some custom PJs printed with the People cover, which she showed off on Instagram.

Chrissy donned a pair of leggings with John's face on the butt for an Insta pic, which she captioned, "we get . . . really random stuff sent to the house."

After John promoted his upcoming concert from home on Twitter, Chrissy sassed back with, "I'll be there!! because I literally have no choice."

During John's IG Live concert, Chrissy appeared on-screen in a towel and drank rosé while John performed. She shared some stories about John's songs — including the time that he broke up with her she sat in the front row of his concert and cried — and after John announced that he'll be coming out with new music this year, Chrissy joked that his number of viewers went down.

After a fan jumped to conclusions on Instagram and briefly worried that John and Chrissy were breaking up, Chrissy slid into the comments section to reply, "Oh we are also def breaking up after we can leave the house."

After Patricia Arquette wondered how "all the dudes who have 2 secret families are working this quarantine out," Chrissy tweeted in reply, "I'll ask john."

Chrissy shared a pic of Miles during a homeschooling session alongside an Elmo and an Arthur doll, writing, "miles with daddy and elmo."
