A Timeline of Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott's Relationship Over the Years

Kylie Jenner has had a handful of notable romances in the past. From her rumoured fling with Jaden Smith to her three-year relationship with Tyga, the "Kardashians" star has had her fair share of love, but her longest relationship was with rapper Travis Scott. The two were initially linked back in 2017 after Jenner broke up with Tyga and have had a whirlwind relationship ever since.

In February 2018, the couple surprised the world when they announced the birth of their first child, Stormi Webster. Throughout their five-year relationship, the two experienced ups and downs and even broke up in October 2019, but they reconciled sometime in 2020. Not long after Jenner and Scott got back together, Jenner revealed that she was pregnant with their second child in September 2021, and the pair welcomed their son in February.

The two kept their relationship under wraps for the most part and seemed to be thriving just months ago. In August, a source told Entertainment Tonight, "Things between Kylie and Travis are going super well. They have really mastered being together and successfully co-parenting. It's really working for them and they are just living life."

Just months later in October, however, an Instagram feud between Scott and a reported ex, Rojean Kar, disrupted their fairy-tale romance and led many to speculate about the status of the couple's relationship. Most recently, Us Weekly reported that the couple are no longer together. According to a source, "Kylie and Travis are off again, they were supposed to spend the holidays together, but she went to Aspen to be with her family and friends up there. This has happened so many times before, they're known to be on again off again, but always remain friends and great coparents."

April 2017: Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Spark Romance Rumours

Shortly after Jenner called it quits with longtime boyfriend Tyga in April 2017, she was seen with Scott at Coachella. At the time, Scott was on tour, and Jenner later revealed in a 2018 interview with GQ that despite knowing each other for a short period of time, their relationship got serious pretty fast. "Coachella was one of the stops on his tour . . . So he said, 'I'm going back on tour — what do we want to do about this?' Because we obviously liked each other," Jenner recalled. "And I was like, 'I guess I'm going with you."

June 2017: Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Get Matching Tattoos

Just two months after Jenner and Scott started dating, the two took their relationship to the next level and got matching tattoos. According to E! News, both Jenner and Scott were inked with a matching butterfly tattoo on their ankles, which the Kylie Cosmetics mogul later shared in a Youtube video that the buttery symbol holds meaning for the two. When discussing her iconic butterfly costume with daughter Stormi in 2018, Jenner said, "When Travis and I first got together we got matching little butterfly tattoos, so a butterfly is just a symbol of our relationship and Stormi, so it was really special to do the butterfly costume."

February 2018: Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Welcome Their First Child

Jenner and Scott finished the remainder of the year strong, but kept their relationship very private and out of the public eye. After months of speculation, Jenner announced via Instagram that their daughter, Stormi Webster, was born on Feb. 1, 2018. In the post, Jenner wrote, "my pregnancy was one I chose not to do in front of the world. I knew for myself I needed to prepare for this role of a lifetime in the most positive, stress-free, and healthy way I knew how."

On the same day, she also posted a video on Youtube titled, "To Our Daughter," which detailed her pregnancy journey and featured interviews with friends and family.

May 2018: Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Make Their Red Carpet Debut

Since Jenner and Scott were known for their few public appearances and private relationship, all eyes were on the new parents when they appeared on the red carpet together at the 2018 Met Gala. Side by side, the couple wore matching black outfits with accessories to highlight their personal style: Jenner completed her look with stunning sunglasses and Scott stood out with a leather harness that traced his suit.

October 2019: Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Split Up

While Jenner and Scott appeared to be on good terms in the public eye, behind the scenes the pair were apparently growing apart. In October 2019, the couple unexpectedly split, with a source telling TMZ that they were "trying to make the relationship work for a while, but several weeks ago they decided to step away." The source additionally noted that the October 2019 breakup was not the first time the two called it quits, but the previous times they worked out their issues and remained strong.

February 2020: Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Get Back Together

In March 2020, Entertainment Tonight reported that the couple was back together and had been dating again "for about a month." An insider told the outlet: "The couple has always had love and respect for one another but took a break last year because they both had so much going on. They couldn't fully focus on what it took to make the relationship work. Kylie exploded in the makeup world and was busy making a billion dollar business and Travis was on tour and working on music."

June 2021: Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Bring Stormi to the Red Carpet

Jenner and Scott continued to hash out their relationship problems in private, and by June 2021, it appeared that the couple were officially back together when they appeared on the red carpet together. The two, along with daughter Stormi, were pictured in New York City at the annual Parsons Benefit. Three months later in September 2021, Jenner would reveal on Instagram that she was pregnant again.

February 2022: Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Welcome Their Second Child

Similar to that of her first pregnancy, Jenner and Scott both were very private as they anticipated their second bundle of joy. "The Kardashians" star did share snippets of her life while she was pregnant on social media, but mainly kept a tight lip on anything surrounding the new baby.

On 2 Feb., 2022, Jenner announced the birth of their son on Instagram, and later uploaded a "To Our Son" video on Youtube, which similarly highlighted the months leading up to his birth. The couple previously revealed his name to be Wolf Webster, but later said that his name has been changed (not legally, though). "We put Wolf Webster in that moment, and right after I signed the birth certificate, I was like, 'What did I just do?" Jenner explained in an episode of Hulu's "The Kardashians."

October 2022: Travis Scott Denies Cheating Allegations

Jenner and Scott appeared to be on great terms throughout 2022, but the tide quickly changed in October 2022 when the "Astro World" rapper was accused of cheating on Jenner with instagram model Rojean Kar.

According to Page Six, Scott and Kar were romantically linked in 2013, and again in 2019 not long after Jenner and Scott split up. On Oct. 24, Kar posted a video on Instagram claiming that she was on set of one of Scott's music videos, which Scott himself denied in an Instagram story which read, "It's a lot of weird sh*t going on. An uninvited person was sneaking photos on what was supposed to be a closed set while I was directing a video. I'm saying this for the last time. I don't know this person. I've never been with this person. So please stop with the continuous cyber games and the fictional story telling."

Scott's response triggered a scathing video and multiple posts from Kar, in which she claimed that Scott was with her on Valentine's Day and does in fact know her. The influencer even claimed, "You cheat on that b*tch every single f*cking night. The whole f*cking city sees it! Don't do this."

Jenner herself has yet to respond to the allegations, but fans are pointing to some of the makeup mogul's recent Instagram posts, which many believe are subtly addressing the scandal and shading Kar.

January 2023: Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott Break Up Again

After spending Christmas apart, Us Weekly reported that the couple had split again. According to a source, "Kylie and Travis are off again, they were supposed to spend the holidays together, but she went to Aspen to be with her family and friends up there. This has happened so many times before, they're known to be on again off again, but always remain friends and great coparents."

POPSUGAR reached out to Scott and Jenner's representatives about their reported breakup but did not receive an immediate response.
