After Scrubs ended in 2010, Sarah starred in the third season of another Bill Lawrence-created show, Cougar Town. She also appeared in an episode of Grey's Anatomy in 2013, and starred in the ABC sitcom How to Live With Your Parents (For the Rest of Your Life) with Brad Garrett and Elizabeth Perkins. It was canceled after one season.
