  • Jordan's version of the night's timeline: Jordyn says that she went to dinner with friends on Sunday night, then went to a party at a bar after. She said she was "minding her business, drinking dancing." Tristan was also there, doing his own thing. Afterwards, she and her friends decided to go to a house after, which happened to be Tristan's house, which she described as "a safe environment." She adds: "He didn't even personally invite me there. He didn't say, 'Come see me.'" She also notes that she left there around 7 a.m., which isn't unusual for her since she and her friends frequently party that late (or early, depending on how you look at it).
  • Her denial of the phone situation: She denies having any clue about phones being taken away, and said "all I know is that I had my own."
  • She only admits guilt for attending the party — nothing else: "I'm not thinking 'I shouldn't be here.'That's my first step where I went wrong, in how I would feel if someone close to me is hanging out at my ex's house, or at the [home of] the father of my child . . . I should've gone home after the party. I shouldn't have been there."
