More than 10 years after the release of the first film, Disney Channel is rebooting the beloved franchise with a brand new series titled, High School Musical: The Musical, for its new streaming service. The 10-episode series picks up 15 years after the first film as a group of theatre students perform High School Musical. Yes, they're performing music from the first movie. The series is set to launch later this year.
