Baby Girl Winchester Law & Order: SVU star Philip Winchester and his wife, Megan, expanded their family on Feb. 15 with the addition of a baby girl. Philip announced the birth on Instagram with a photo of Megan, their 4-year-old daughter Charlie, and their newborn.
