In 2019, the tennis pro finally got to meet her role model. Coco gushed about the exciting experience on Instagram, writing, "Today I got to meet my idol @MichelleObama. Her words and wisdom on my journey will stay with me on the court over the course of my career. She is a true inspiration. I have never arrived, I am always becoming! Thank you for your time."
In addition to swapping autographs during their meeting, Michelle wrote a touching note for Coco in her Becoming book that read: "I wish you courage, strength, joy and love on your journey to become more." Aw!
