18/05/2018 - 11:06 PM

Netflix is the home of binge-watching TV and lounging on the couch for days watching your favourite romantic comedies [1]. The streaming site really does have it all, but the best thing it has to offer are original shows.

From the moment it began dropping original TV series, we were hooked. We've loved everything from Grace and Frankie to Making a Murderer [2] and beyond. There have been so many shows over the years that we can barely keep them straight. Plus, they leave you wanting more [3] — we're looking at you, The Crown!

Since there are so many shows we'd like to watch [4] — new and old — we thought we'd round up the best of the best from Netflix in 2018. Whether it's a new series like Queer Eye [5] that you shouldn't be missing or a new season of 13 Reasons Why [6], there is a lot to be tuning in for.

Take a look at the best new shows and new seasons of Netflix original series ahead, and get ready to binge!

13 Reasons Why

The first season of 13 Reasons Why [8] shows us what happens to the students and townspeople at Liberty High after Hannah Baker (Katherine Langford) dies by suicide. In season two, there will be Polaroid clues [9], a trial, and even more of Hannah's story will be revealed in the aftermath of her death.

Sense8

Last year Netflix canceled Sense8 after two seasons, and now they're bringing it back for one last "series finale" episode that will be double the length as a normal episode. Based on the fact that viewers were so upset by its cancellation, the drama is getting a second chance, which means you should watch the full series before this big episode becomes available on June 8. The show follows the lives of a group of people who all of a sudden became mentally linked together and must befriend one another to survive against those who see them as a threat.
