Kate Beckinsale's new ITV / Amazon Video production The Widow is gaining a cult following, thanks to its cliffhanger plotlines and talented cast. It's not just the twists and turns that have us playing a guessing game — the British actress's costars have got many viewers scratching their heads and asking "where have I seen that face before?" That's when we're not busy trying to get our heads around Kate's love life and what's happening with her latest squeeze, Pete Davidson.

Charles Dance as Martin Benson

Game of Thrones fans will know Charles Dance as Tywin Lannister, but he's had a long career, from Hang Ups, The Little Drummer Girl, and The Woman in White on the small screen to Dracula Untold, Gosford Park, and The Imitation Game on the big screen. It's not the first time Dance has costarred with Kate Beckinsale, either, as the pair appeared in vampire franchise Underworld together.

Louise Brealey as Beatrix

Sherlock fans will recognise Louise Brealey, who stars as forensic pathologist Molly Hooper in the BBC show alongside Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman. She's also starred in Back, Clique, Ripper Street, and A Discovery of Witches, which she has in common with one of her The Widow castmates — keep reading find out who.

You might recognise Babs Olusanmokun from the Black Mirror episode "Black Museum", in which he played Clayton. He's also been in The Defenders, Roots, and Sneaky Pete.

Alex Kingston as Judith Gray

Anyone who watched ER back in the day will recognise English actress Alex Kingston as Dr. Elizabeth Corday from the medical drama. In the '90s, she also starred in the British miniseries The Fortunes and Misfortunes of Moll Flanders.

More recently, she's best known for playing River Song in Doctor Who, as well as her appearances in Lost in Austen and Arrow. She starred alongside her The Widow castmate Louise Brealey in A Discovery of Witches, too.
