Still missing The Mindy Project [1]? Well, Netflix's new show Never Have I Ever [2] is about to become your new TV obsession. The series, which is executive produced by Mindy Kaling and loosely based on her life, centres around a first-generation Indian American girl named Devi (played by newcomer Maitreyi Ramakrishnan [3]) as she navigates the struggles of high school, boys, and adolescence. And if the first glimpse is any indication, we're in for a lot of laughs. As Devi gets ready for the first day of sophomore year, she hilariously prays for everything, from thinner arm hair to a boyfriend who is a "stone-cold hottie."
