In Girls Wilson plays Joshua, the very short-lived love interest of Lena Dunham's character, Hannah. Joshua, an attractive doctor, and Hannah cross paths after she confesses she has been throwing garbage out in his trashcans. They reconnect years later in season six (but, no spoilers here!)
