New Girl fan favourite Max Greenfield (better known by New Girl fans as ladies' man Schmidt) will star in this new CBS series as a friendly Midwesterner who moves to a tough new neighbourhood in LA, only to discover that his Midwestern charm doesn't quite have the same effect on his new neighbours. Cedric the Entertainer will costar, with The Big Bang Theory's Jim Reynolds producing. Watch the trailer, and then try to tell us you wouldn't want Schmidt as your new next-door neighbour.
