This sequel to the 2017 surprise hit Happy Death Day sees Theresa "Tree" Gelbman (Jessica Rothe) re-entering the time loop to figure out why she ever ended up there in the first place. Once there, she must deal with Lori (Ruby Modine), who is hellbent on revenge.
